Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Little Waltham Church of England VA Primary Schoolis seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our Early Years Reception team. Located in the picturesque village of Little Waltham, our school is known for its welcoming environment, rooted in Christian values-Compassion, Courage, Forgiveness, and Perseverance-that shape our holistic approach to education and nurture each child's potential.

About the Role:We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and caring LSA who will work full-time within our Early Years Reception class. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners in their foundational years, as we continue to invest in our Early Years provision and look forward to launching our new Forest School.

Position Details:

Hours: Monday to Friday, term-time only, 8:35 am - 3:15 pm
Starting Salary: £24,790 FTE, actual salary £16,555 (pro rata)
