Learning Support Assistant
St Anne Line Infant School & Nursery has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner to join our dynamic team.
Start Date: January 2025
Salary: Scale 3 Point 5-6
Hours: 8.15am - 3.15pm Monday - Friday term time only
Type: Fixed term, August 2025 - Initially this will be a fixed term post though a possibility of a permanent role is possible.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in our friendly and supportive school. The successful candidate will be a calm and compassionate person who can communicate at all levels and have a clear understanding of positive behavior management. The post will include working with our SEND pupils. Initially this will be a fixed term post though a possibility of a permanent role is possible.
Successful candidates will be required to work flexibly taking direction from the class teachers and SENCo in adapting and planning activities to take students' learning forward. Our students' needs are at the core of our ethos and successful candidates will be required to support the emotional and social development of the young people they work with.
We are looking for an individual who has:
. Early Years experience.
· Experience of supporting children with SEND.
· Energy, enthusiasm and a positive approach.
· A passion for inclusion.
· Works well as part of a team committed to improving and developing own practice.
