About the role:
Richard de Clare Community Academy, Halstead, are looking to appoint an Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and a strong team player.
The role will involve working under the supervision of the Office Manager and carrying out general office duties, including a lead role in managing and monitoring attendance.
Previous experience of working in school administration and using school information management systems would be an advantage but is not an essential requirement. Applicants must have excellent communication and ICT skills, work well as part of a team, and have the ability to carry out data entry and checking with accuracy and confidentiality.

Our ideal candidate will be a reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic individual who genuinely enjoys interacting with children. Work Schedule:
12.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 11:00
Term Time Only plus 5 inset days
