Chelmsford College is looking to appoint an experienced Job Coach to work with young people with SEND. We are looking for a pro-active, committed and enthusiastic Supported Employment professional to support Interns into employment in the following vocations and supported internships:

Broomfield Supported Internship - Housekeeping, Portering, Hospitality and Facility Maintenance. The host employer is the NHS Trust, and the base location is Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford.

They will develop employment pathways through work placements and work closely with mentors and employers in order to secure the principal goal of supported internships which is sustainable employment for the interns.
