About the Team

Our successful college at Stansted Airport opened in September 2018. The College is a partnership between London Stansted Airport and Harlow College - the first of its kind at any airport in the country. The centre has purpose built, industry standard facilities providing training for over 500 young people per year, located at the end of the runway at Stansted Airport. We work closely with employers and partners around the airport to ensure that our students have the best possible experiences and are able to secure employment following their education.

About the role

You would work with our students and other members of the team to ensure each student achieves their daily targets. You would deliver, assess and develop the learner experience to enable them to achieve their learning goals, in accordance with the College's values and ethos. If you are not a qualified Teacher, we are the professionals and will ensure you receive the training you need to become a qualified Teacher! The most important thing to us is your industry knowledge and experience, what you can pass on to our students in invaluable!

If you have a flair for motivating and engaging learners to learn and work hard, Excellent organisation and planning skills, then we want to hear from you!
