EYFS Learning Support Assistant - LSA
Starting on or before January 6th 2025
8.40 am - 3.10 pm Monday to Friday
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and reflective learning support assistant with experience of supporting children in EYFS.
Our recent Ofsted inspection recognised that:
"Pupils in the Reception Year, including those with SEND, display high levels of
concentration. They are eager to join in with activities such as role play, phonics or
painting." (Ofsted, October 2024)
Your role as a class LSA will involve class support and running a range of interventions. Experience of working with children in EYFS is preferred although not essential.
The successful candidate will benefit from the support of a super team and training will be given as required.
We are looking for applicants who:
· Understand how to get the best from children
· Are nurturing and supportive
· Can communicate well with children, parents and staff
· Have a good standard of English, maths and IT (GCSE C or above)
