Due to the retirement of our long-standing head teacher, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our school as a committed leader, ready to take our successful and popular school into its next chapter. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, engaging head teacher with a proven track record of inspirational leadership who will embody our school's vision - "Let their light shine."

● A passionate and experienced educator, dedicated to providing the highest standards of education and preserving the good reputation of our school within the community
●Someone who demonstrates a commitment to and is an active participant in the development of the school Christian ethos in partnership with the Diocese of Chelmsford and the Parish Church.
● A compassionate leader who can support the individual needs of our pupils, ensuring each child reaches their full potential in line with our school vision - affinity, aspire, achieve.
● A natural motivator who can inspire our talented team of teachers and support staff
● A visionary, able to shape an engaging and forward-thinking curriculum that embraces diversity and fosters a love for learning
● Excellent communication skills, fostering strong relationships with parents, governors and the wider community
● A working knowledge and understanding of school finance, premises and Human Resources
