Chelmsford College is seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Study Centre Lead Advisor to facilitate the independent learning of groups of learners within our Study Centres and work within our new Learning Resource Centres.

As someone who is passionate about supporting learners' academic success and empowering them to become independent, you will lead the team by working with and supporting the Learning and Study Centre Manager for resources, including online resources. The successful candidate will have a passion to deliver on available digital tools.

Leading on facilitating across all Study Centres is crucial to this role.

As a Learning and Study Centre Lead Advisor, you will oversee groups of learners in busy timetabled sessions, supporting them to develop the skills needed to become independent learners and complete the work set by curriculum teams.
