This post is 30 hours per week, 8:30am to 3:10pm - Monday to Friday (Term time only).

Salary: Point 2 to point 6 dependent on experience (Actual Pro rata salary: £16,479.75 to £17,512.69 including outer fringe).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated and compassionate team as a key worker for a named child.

The successful candidate will be:

- Able to demonstrate a track record of working with children on a 1-2-1 basis.

- Enthusiastic, motivated, dedicated and able to show initiative.

- Skilled in building positive relationships, acting as a role-model for pupils.

-Able to work in partnership with the SENCO, Class Teacher and other LSAs to support the needs of a range of pupils, being flexible where required.

- Encouraging of inclusion, supporting pupils to develop independence and resilience.

- Assertive and reliable with good communication skills.

- Passionate about improving the life chances of pupils.
