Senior Administrator to Senior Leadership Team
Full Time / Part Time Permanent Contract
Hours 37.5 hours per week (term-time only)
Salary£23,809.50 - £25,701.85 gross (£20,421.23 - £21,534.81 pro rota) per annum.
Starting ASAP
This role is based in Little Braxted, Essex. There may be a need to travel occassionally to Witham or Great Baddow.
The role of Senior Administrator will be supporting the Senior Leadership Team across the Reach Group with administration, diary management, attendance and other relative tasks as required.
Responsibilities
- Deal with telephone/email enquiries and queries
- Create and maintain filing systems (electronically)
- Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas, and minute taking
- Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Assist with compiling weekly pupil timetables
- Develop skills in the management of the company website and social media
- Liaise with pupils' parents/carers
- Provide admin support to Reach colleagues on a regular and ad-hoc basis
- Compiling material for training days
- Support Senior Leadership Team with daily time management
- Manage calendar for Senior Leadership Team
- Be the point of contact for CEO, Head of School and Operations Lead
Person Specification
- Flexible, and willing to work in the fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Undertake training and professional development as and when required
- Ability to work on own initiative and to contribute ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Creative and problem-solving approach to situations
- Have good experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
- Hold a PA Diploma or Certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Senior Administrator and extensive office experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Ability to be confidential and have discretion
- Driving Licence essential
