25.5 hours a week - Monday - Thursday (0840- 1520) including an hour of MDA duties (term time only - and occasional inset days for which overtime is paid). Salary Range - Scale 3 points 5-6 Pro Rata - LSA and Scale 2pt 3-4 for MDA role - £14748,25 - £14981.60.
We are seeking to appoint a flexible, outstanding Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 to support children with additional needs. Experience of working with Austism is desirable.
We are looking for an applicant who has:
· A passion for supporting children of all needs and abilities.
· High expectations of all children and their ability to make progress
· Experience of developing children's emotional management to support children to be successful.
· An understanding of the demands of the National Curriculum
· GCSE grade C or Level 2 equivalent in Maths and English
