Job Opportunity: Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous cleaner to join our hardworking team at Harlowbury Primary School. As a
cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our classrooms, toilets, public spaces, and
office areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dusting and hoovering classroom areas
• Cleaning toilets and ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the library, music room, and other public spaces
• Cleaning office areas to a high standard
• Replenishing supplies of blue paper towels, toilet rolls, and tissues

Qualifications and Experience:
• Previous experience in a cleaning or caretaking role is desirable, but not essential
• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the school

What We Offer:
• Salary: Scale 1, Spine 2 including outer fringe (£12.63 per hour) 43.6 paid weeks.
• Contract: Term-time contract with the opportunity to work additional hours or take time in lieu during school
holidays
• Schedule: Morning sessions from 7.00 am to 9.00 am or negotiated 2 hours between 2.30pm-5.30pm allowing
you to enjoy the rest of your day. Part time or full time.
