Post: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Hours:
Four days per week:
7am - 1pm
2pm - 3.30pm
Day 5 (not a Friday):
7am - 1pm
2pm - 3.00pm
Start date: as soon as possible

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and motivated Caretaker to join our team to help us ensure our school provides a safe, welcoming and purposeful environment for children, staff and visitors.
The successful candidate must:
· Be the main keyholder for the school and grounds
· Have extensive experience and knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
· Take pride in the appearance and condition of our school, both internally and externally
· Be self-motivated and intuitive
· Be flexible and adaptable
· Be a good communicator and team player
· Be able to work quickly and prioritise jobs
· Be hands-on and be able to develop and implement systems/procedures as well as maintain existing ones
· Be practical with a range of good DIY skills
· Be committed to achieving high standards
As with all posts in our school, the successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced CRB check, in line with our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Since opening in 2009, the school has expanded twice and is now full with a capacity of 420 pupils.
