ONE TO ONE TEACHING ASSISTANT REQUIRED ASAP
Scale 3 point 4 or Scale 5 for the right person
8:45-3:15 MONDAY TO FRIDAY

We are looking for a candidate who has experience with pupils who have additional needs and a passion for inclusion. The role would be specifically working with a pupil with high needs.
We want to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum; that their needs are met and all pupils make progress.
The ideal candidate should have:
· Ideally have EYFS experience (desirable)
· Be flexible and adaptable
· Have experience with pupils who have Autism and Social, Emotional, Mental Health issues (essential)
· Have an understanding that behaviour is a communication
· Have experience with Zones of Regulations
· A-C GCSE or equivalent in maths and English
· Be calm and positive with a supportive approach
· Previous experience supporting pupils with special educational needs
· Be willing to take on professional advice
