Salary - Scale 2 Point 3-4 / Scale 3 Point 5-6 depending on experience

Hours of work: 32 hours per week / 38 weeks per annum (term time)

Frinton-on-Sea Primary School are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant to support our children 32 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will:

be able to support the children in the class by following the direction of the class teacher
liaise with the class teacher and SENCO and help keep detailed records of the children's achievements
use their own initiative to support children in making the best possible progress
· have the ability to work as part of a team, including outside professionals

be highly positive and supportive
be able to remain calm and flexible, be caring, have patience, and have a sense of humour
