Vice Principal required for September 2025 start!
5 days (2 days VP and 3 days in class)
L4 to L10 (depending on experience)
The Flitch Green Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an engaging and ambitious Vice Principal to join our experienced and dedicated team of staff, who will support the day to day running of the academy with emphasis on improving teaching, learning. They will also be the lead for curriculum overview and development.

Our new Vice Principal will:
- Work closely with the Principal, Leadership Team and Governing Body to drive the school forward;
- Lead, enhance and embed the newly updated curriculum across all phases of the school;
- Motivate and inspire staff and pupils, fostering a culture of excellence in teaching and learning;
- Demonstrate a commitment to their own professional development;
- Promote the values and ethos of the school;
- Dedicate themselves to maintaining, and continuing to improve, our standards of education and behaviour;
- Be passionate about children's learning and have a proven track record or raising attainment and developing the whole child;
- Be an excellent communicator with good management skills and who can develop and work with existing staff;
- Be hard working, well organised and highly motivated;
- Help lead and manage the implementation of the School Development Plan, which has clearly defined priorities for the year ahead;
- Have good IT skills including knowledge and experience of working with Mac technology;
- Lead Computing throughout the school.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader or up and coming middle leader who is looking to progress in their leadership journey.
