The Headteacher of Shoeburyness High School and the CEO of SECAT are seeking to appoint a Head of Year. The successful candidate will be a charasmatic teacher, responsible for fostering a culture that enables all students to maximise their potential in all areas of school life. The postholder will be instrumental in providing every student with an outstanding education and real choices in life. This role is integral to ensuring the academic, personal, social and emotional development of students, through the consistent implementation of the school's values and expectations.
