We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to support our most vulnerable pupils, helping them to make progress, develop confidence and enjoy their learning experience.
This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to play a key role in establishing and delivering a specialist provision designed to support children's
academic, social and emotional development. The provision will be resourced with specialist concrete materials, ensuring tailored support for each
child's needs. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be a key player in this initiative, working alongside our wider teaching team to create a
nurturing and structured environment for our pupils.
At Canonium Learning Trust, we are committed to investing in your training and development, providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. While this position is initially offered on a fixed-term basis until 31/08/2026, there is strong potential for it to become permanent. The role is for 30 hours per week Monday-Friday for 39 working weeks. The actual salary is £21,575.
We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, implement innovative strategies and demonstrate patience and empathy in their practice.
Experience in supporting pupils through relational practice that promotes emotional regulation will be highly valued.
We warmly welcome visits to the school, where you will have the opportunity to meet our Headteacher, Mr Taylor, and gain further insight into our
vision and approach. If you are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and believe you have the skills and dedication we are looking
for, we would love to hear from you.
