applicants must hold a level 2/ 3 childcare qualification
⭐️ be able to work 45 weeks of the year (1 week off April, 2 weeks Christmas and 4 weeks for summer)
⭐️be able to work off of own initiative and plan work load to meet deadlines
⭐️ understand and be able to carry out role of a key worker to a good standard
⭐️ have good, strong knowledge and understanding of how to support and further children's development needs using the EYFS.
⭐️ be an enthusiastic, fun practitioner to add to our already established team.
⭐️ be able to plan activities using own initiative and based around children's interests and learning preferences to support individual needs of each child.
