Graded as "outstanding", Shorefields School caters for 160 pupils with severe learning difficulties. We are seeking an SEN experience class teacher.
Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. Consequently, this advertisement may be withdrawn prior to the stated closing date should a successful candidate be appointed. We warmly welcome visits to the school to discuss the post.
Experienced practitioners, Early Career Teachers, or Teachers transferring from mainstream school are welcome to apply, but must have SEN experience. Our priority is appointing someone with the right personality and appraoch and with the skills and attributes that will support effective work. We can help with the rest !
You will need a positive work ethic, be motivated, have a sense of humour and the desire and ability to learn fast.

Information about the School
Shorefields School caters for the needs of pupils with a range of severe learning difficulties. We currently have 160 pupils on roll aged between 3 and 19 years. The school is located in the centre of Clacton-on-Sea close to the beach and shopping area. Our catchment area extends to the whole of the Tendring peninsula
