We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of College - Pastoral Leader to join our excellent pastoral support team. This is an exciting opportunity following an internal promotion.
As Head of College, in addition to being a classroom Teacher you will be responsible for managing the pastoral care of a quarter of the school, ensuring high standards in attendance, attitudes, achievement, and safeguarding. You will play a key role in supporting students' personal development and well-being, working closely with parents, carers, staff, and external agencies to provide exceptional care and guidance.
This is an exciting time to be joining the school, as we grow in popularity within the local community and beyond. Ongoing, extensive building works are adding state of the art additional resources to the school, and we are part of a dynamic Trust, comprising 5 local schools.
