We would like to recruit an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and hard-working team in Early Years/Key Stage 1 and support our school vision (see attached).
Working pattern is 30 hours per week - 8:30am - 3:15pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break. Term-time only, plus 5 non-pupil days.
The successful candidate should have the following:
· Experience of working in Early Years and/or Key Stage 1
· Is able to demonstrate patience, calmness and flexibility at all times
· Excellent organisation, communication and inter-personal skills
· Good standard of education: Maths and English GCSE grades A-C or equivalent
· Good knowledge of ICT
· Flexibility and a good sense of humour
· The ability to use their own initiative
· Willing to undertake training and support individual need
· Strong behaviour management skills

Pay Scale 3 point 5 - FTE £24,790
Actual Salary £17,231.88 (less than 5 yrs exp.) or £17,463.18 (5 yrs or more exp)
