Teacher of Economics and Business with the possibility of responsibility point
Required from September 2015
We are looking to appoint an outstanding A Level specialist to work in a successful Department and contribute to future developments and build on the progress made in recent years.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to inspire and enthuse students with a desire to learn. The school and college has a clear aim to allow all students to achieve the best they can in their academic and personal development. Teachers are supported by Subject Middle Leader. Regular strategic discussions with a member of the Senior Leadership Team ensure the views of the Department are fully represented in whole school discussions leading to school improvement.
Our College is a founding partner of the VI6 link with Essex University, where 6th form students will be taught one of 7 A Levels at the university, by a combination of school and university staff. The post holder will have the fantastic opportunity to be a part of this unique development.
