Administration

Provide administrative support to Essex Primary SCITT under the management of the Recruitment and Compliancy Manager
Undertake a support role within the day to day running of SCITT
Respond to routine correspondence and enquiries in a timely manner
Produce course packs for Primary ITT and EYITT taught course days
Reproduce trainee and mentor handbooks each academic year
Production of induction materials
Maintain confidential records both manual and electronic to ensure efficient retrieval and storage
Collation and scanning of trainee documentation
Upload of resources to the website
Production of interview packs
Processing of documentation from interview days


· Liaise with the finance assistant in regards to ordering of resources

· Assist in the organising of the training programme for Primary ITT and EYITT

· Booking venues and tutors in line with the finance booking system

· Setting up resources for taught course days, including refreshments

· Collating and reporting on evaluation forms from taught course days

· Monitoring attendance of course days

· Assist with DBS clearances and other required checks for trainees

· Assist in the updating of databases

· Any other day to day administrative tasks as required

· Attendance at induction days and presentation evenings

Marketing

Assist design and production of marketing materials, flyers, prospectus, adverts
Assist design and ordering of marketing resources, pens, bags, banners
Collation of marketing photos


· Undertake any other duties that can reasonably be expected in line with the grading of this post.

· Participate in the performance and development review process,

· Take personal responsibility for the identification of learning and development opportunities and reflect on training needs for discussion with the line manager.
