An opportunity has arisen to join our small village school at the heart of Belchamp St Paul as SENDCo from September 2022.
Our new SENDCo will be someone who:
· Is an experienced SENDCO with a proven track record.
· Is passionate about learning and working with children.
· Is ambitious for themselves and others.
· Is a strong communicator with children, parents, and staff.
· Will be responsible for the day to day operation of the SEN policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability.
· Will provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies.
· Will be committed to supporting the Christian ethos of the school
