We are looking for someone to take over our room leader position in working directly with children of 2-3 years old.
You will be required:
to ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures
to implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development
to support all nursery staff in their roles, leading them to deliver outstanding childcare
We are looking for someone who
· Has exelent communication skils
· Is able to work well within a team
· is able recognise when to report issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services
· Is able to work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive
· Can always maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors
· Is creative and inspire learning as well as great at planning and organising
· Is willing to learn
