PROGRESS LEADER - PUPIL PREMIUM (MATERNITY COVER)

37 HOURS PER WEEK 40 WEEKS PER YEAR

SCALE 5 POINTS 9 - 12

FTE SALARY £23,194 - £24,496 (ACTUAL SALARY £20,373 - £21,517 PA)

We are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic individual to work closely with the Assistant Head - Pupil Premium to identify barriers to learning, plan and deliver effective support to a range of PPG pupils to raise levels of achievement. This post will be required from February 2024 to cover maternity leave.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with children (11- 16) and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Evidence of a good standard of literacy and numeracy (level 2 or equivalent) and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required. An effective team player with strong organisational skills and a flexible approach to workload is essential.
