Great Waltham C of E Primary School require a Learning Support Assistant to join our small and friendly team.
Fixed term for 1 year.
Part time- 21 hours
FTE Salary £23500-£23893 depending on experience.
Actual Salary £11127-£11313
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Put children at the centre of their work
- Work under the direction of teaching staff and SENDCo
- Show initiative and flexibility, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, parents and children.
- Show a willingness to continue developing their own practice to meet the needs of the children
- work 1:1 to support children

Great Waltham Church of England VC Primary School is situated in the pretty village of Great Waltham catering for pupils from 4 - 11. The school was built in 1865 and has wonderful character and beautiful grounds.
