Job Description

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Midday Assistant to join our lunchtime and play team to support, inspire and engage children at Gosbecks Primary School to 'be the best you can be.'

Fixed term contract to 31st August 2025. The hours are Monday to Friday 11.45am - 1.15pm - term time only.

Pay scale is Scale 2, Point 3-4, Actual salary £4063 - £4297.

Duties will include:

Supervising children in the lunch hall and classrooms
Supervising our OPAL play zones encouraging all types of play https://outdoorplayandlearning.org.uk/
Preparing the dinner hall for lunch and clearing away afterwards
Encouraging healthy eating
Administering first aid
Respecting the need for confidentiality
