This is a fixed term contract attached to the specific child whilst they remain in the school, however we are expecting a level of need in the new Early Years class in September 2025, so there may be opportunities to extend contracts for September 2025.

- shows a commitment to meeting children's wider needs; social and emotional
- is able to work as part of a team and has good communication skills
- shows initiative and can be flexible
- is organised and efficient to set up systems to support learning and well being
A knowledge of supporting phonics, reading and writing would be an advantage.
