Endeavour Co-operative Academy (part of Keys Co-operative Academy Trust) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & dedicated Key Stage Leader to contribute to the middle leadership of our amazing school.

This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of the Middle Leadership Team as Endeavour continues to expand. We are in the process of a complete redevelopment of our main site funded by the DfE for learners 5-16 due to be completed in early 2026 and the redevelopment of our sixth form site in the near future funded by Essex.

The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities across the school including ensuring a safe and engaging teaching environment, high quality teaching and learning, ambitious curriculums and preparing all learners for adulthood. Although experience in a special school will be desirable, it is not a necessity, as potential to manage the demands of the role will be more important.

Endeavour joined Keys Cooperative Trust in December 2018, when converting to an academy. The school is part of ESSET, the association of Essex special schools.

Applications are welcome from teachers with experience in any phase of education.

Please read the full job description (attached) before applying.

We encourage visits prior to submitting an application.

Please do not send your CV, an application form must be completed and submitted on Essex Schools Jobs.
