• A clear vision of excellence in primary education
• The ability to think strategically and the drive to achieve outstanding
• A commitment to maintain and develop the rich extra-curricular offering, in which music is particularly important to the spiritual development of the pupils
• Proven leadership and management skills.
We can offer you:
• Children who are articulate, proud of their achievements, keen to learn and whose behaviour is outstanding
• A distributive leadership team and dedicated teaching and support staff
• The opportunity to influence the direction of the Cathedral School and education within Chelmsford
• The opportunity for personal development within a supportive network of Diocesan and local schools
• Supportive Governors who provide a good level of challenge and who are proud of their school
• A happy, caring and encouraging environment for learning, underpinned by a strong Christian ethos.
