Job Description

SPECIFIC LEARNING DIFFICULITIES CO-ORDINATOR

& STUDY CLUB ASSISTANT

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to work in partnership with SENCO, Student Achievement Manager and the class teachers to support the progress, learning, achievement and wellbeing of SEND students who have specific learning difficulties in line with the national curriculum, codes of practice, school policies and procedures.

The candidate will also spend time in our Library, as Study Club Assistant to help supervise students whilst in Study Club before, during and after school time.

This vacancy is Monday to Friday at different times during the day, starting at 8.30am until 4.30pm. (Please see job descriptions for details)

SLD Co-ordinator element of this role is:

Hours: 183/4 hours per week

Salary: Band 2, Pt 11 (to Mid point) £7,057.72 per annum (actual gross salary)

Study Club Assistant element of this role is:

Hours: 16 ¼ hours per week

Salary: Band 3, Pt 17 (to Mid point) £6,849.93 per annum (actual gross salary)
