A successful candidate would manage, develop and maintain a high quality SEND provision, enabling quality teaching, excellent learning outcomes and success for all pupils. They would model effective teaching, support staff in delivering high quality teaching that is adapted/personalised to meet the individual needs of our pupils - allowing SEND and disadvantaged children to access an ambitious curriculum. *full jobdescription attached
