We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and self-motivated natural leader who can expand and build upon on our current successes, work collaboratively with other settings to continue to develop Rettendon's curriculum and staff, think creatively to secure grants and bids to develop Rettendon's environment.
The successful candidate will:

• be able to promote excellence by creating an engaging and inspiring learning environment for all pupils

• ensure the efficient and effective deployment of staff and resources

Information about the School
Rettendon Primary School is a small village school in the heart of a well-established community. With 99 children on roll, the staff know each child individually; this is what makes Rettendon a great school to work in!
The children currently work in the following classes: Reception / Year 1 (Oak Class), Year 1/2 (Holly Class), Year 3 / 4 (Sycamore Class), Year 5 / 6 (Elm Class).
